A man is in custody of Goldsboro Police after being arrested and charged with raping a local woman.
TLee Rodriquez Williams, 31, who lives in the 700 block of Walnut Street is charged with Second-Degree Forcible Rape.
Police say the woman Williams is accused of attacking was treated and released from Wayne Memorial Hospital. After she filed the report with authorities a police department investigation yielded Williams as a suspect.
Williams was taken into custody Wednesday. Secured bond was set at $150,000.
