Goldsboro Police believe they have apprehended two suspects responsible for a break-in at a local automotive store.
Benny Bryson, 33, of Spring Bank Road and Brittany Remines, 19, of Zion Church Road were arrested in connection with the May 2nd incident at Sears Auto Center on Berkeley Boulevard.
The arrest of the two accused criminals came after a dramatic chase that ended when the getaway vehicle crashed into another automobile in the 1000 block of South Slocumb Street and overturned in a resident’s front yard.

An officer was conducting an area check of Sears Auto Center when he saw a white male running from the business toward the vehicle. As the officer approached, the vehicle accelerated, and the chase ensued.
Authorities say further investigation of Sears Auto Center revealed a smashed front glass door to the business.
