A Goldsboro man facing a number of illegal drug charges and a weapon related offense is now in custody of Goldsboro Police.
Convicted felon Glen Coles, 30, of Stoney Manor Drive is charged with a number of felony infractions including Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Vehicle for the Purpose of Controlled Substances and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Coles also faces two misdemeanor charges: Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
During a traffic stop Monday near the Fairview Homes Community Goldsboro Housing officers seized 9 Hydromorphone Hydrochloride pills, about 52 grams of marijuana, and a semi-automatic pistol.
Coles was arrested and taken to the Wayne County Jail where bond was set at $15,000.
